Everything was good, excellent location to the main streets, the staff were welcoming. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the center by walk and central Gyumri close to the old and interesting part of the city.

The rooms are big, recently refurbished, and complete with big almost fully blacked out curtains and comfortable beds. The staff is very nice. The location is great, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Cobweb Art Gallery.

The hotel's convenient location, less than half a mile from the airport, was a great advantage.

The cleanliness was subpar, as there were several issues with the room not being properly tidied up. the bed sheets weren't changed, and there were stains on the carpet.

There were no additional services , such as laundry or room service.

Very cozy bed, nice location, clean and neat. Good breakfast and staff. Highly recommend. Great comfort and value for such a low price. Would definitely come back again.
